Joseph Ellsworth

Joseph Ellsworth has a diverse background in human resources, spanning various industries and roles. Joseph most recently worked as the Global Human Resources Director at Pursuit Aerospace starting in 2023. From 2019 to 2023, Joseph held multiple positions at L3Harris Technologies, including Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they led initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, process improvement, and merger activities. Prior to L3Harris, they served as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Harris Corporation from 2018 to 2019, where they provided HR leadership for a software engineering organization. Joseph also has experience in the manufacturing industry, serving as a Human Resources Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 2013 to 2018, overseeing staffing, talent management, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, and safety. Before that, they gained experience in various HR roles, including HR Leadership Program, HR Generalist, and HR Specialist positions. Joseph's early career involved internships at Cisco Systems, eBay, and the United States Department of Defense. Additionally, they were the President of the local BYU Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, where they increased membership and led efforts to expand club recognition and engagement.

Joseph Ellsworth completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources/Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained various certifications including DDI Facilitator Certification, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, and a Top Secret Clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph from the United States Department of Defense.
