Caitlin Hruska

Caitlin Hruska has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Caitlin began their career as a Marketing Coordinator & Analyst at Open Kernel Labs, Inc. in May 2010. After that, they worked as a Buyer Apprentice Program Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation from May 2011 to August 2011. Caitlin then joined Illinois Business Consulting as a Consultant from September 2010 to December 2011. In January 2012, they became a Project Manager at Illinois Business Consulting before moving on to West Monroe Partners in August 2012. At West Monroe Partners, Caitlin held multiple roles including Consultant, Experienced Consultant, and Senior Consultant. During their time at West Monroe, they focused on CRM system implementations within the financial services sector. Caitlin is a certified Salesforce professional. In 2016, Caitlin joined Pushpay as a Business Analyst and progressed to the roles of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently, Director of Operations, Business Systems starting from May 2021.

Caitlin Hruska has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Caitlin also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold two certifications in Salesforce.com. Caitlin obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification in December 2015 and the Salesforce.com Certified Developer certification in October 2012.
