Heather Pauley

Heather Pauley is an experienced Environmental Scientist and Science Teacher with a diverse background in education and environmental projects. Currently serving as an Environmental Scientist at The Thrasher Group since August 2023 and as a General Education Science Teacher at Putnam County Schools since August 2018, Heather has previously taught at Lincoln County School District and worked as a Substitute Teacher at Cabell County Schools. Heather's earlier experience includes a role as an Environmental Scientist at GAI Consultants, Inc., where significant projects included work for Columbia Gas and the development of Haddad Riverfront Park. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Marshall University, a GIS Certification from Mountwest Community and Technical College, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Marshall University.
