Corporate Executive Chef at Puttshack

Martin Fabian has a vast and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Martin currently holds the position of Corporate Executive Chef at Puttshack, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as an Executive Chef at Puttshack from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Puttshack, Martin worked at Main Event Entertainment as a Kitchen Manager from 2015 to 2021. Martin also held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Culinary Dropout in 2015 and worked as a Sous Chef there from 2014 to 2015.

Martin's earlier experience includes being a Chef at Stadium Sports Grill in 2013, a Chef at Lucky Strike Entertainment from 2012 to 2013, and a Kitchen Manager at Calico Jacks Cantina from 2011 to 2012. Martin also worked as a Kitchen Manager at McFadden's from 2010 to 2011.

Martin's career began at Rock Bottom Brewery and Restaurant in 2003, where they served as an Executive Chef and Regional Chef until 2010. Prior to that, they held various roles including Senior Chef, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef at Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery from 1998 to 2003.

Martin Fabian's culinary journey started at Carrabba's Italian Grill, where they worked as a Kitchen Manager from 1997 to 1998. Martin'swealth of experience and diverse roles showcased their skill and expertise in the culinary field.

Martin Fabian attended Highlands Ranch High School from 1987 to 1990. Following their graduation, they pursued higher education at the Colorado Institute of Art from 1994 to 1996. During their time there, they obtained an associate degree in Culinary Arts & Management.
