Jian Zhang

Jian Zhang is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in creating user-centered solutions across various domains. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Puzzle since June 2024, Jian is focused on revolutionizing accounting through AI. Previously, at Intuit from April 2020 to March 2023, Jian led the MVP design for Bill Pay solutions in QuickBooks, achieving a remarkable 20x growth in active users within a year. Jian's expertise also includes impactful roles at SugarCRM, Polaris Wireless, LifeLock, and internships at San Jose State University and PowerCloud Systems, providing a solid foundation in UX design and human factors. Jian holds a Master of Science in Human Factors/Ergonomics from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Design from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
