Tautvydas (Tony) Pašvenskas

Tautvydas (Tony) Pašvenskas has a diverse work experience background. Tautvydas (Tony) started as an Electrical Design Engineer at ETP BALTIC, Ltd in 2016, where they were responsible for detailed drawing design for street/park lighting and new user connections to distribution operator projects, as well as electrical AC circuit design and preparation of simulation reports.

In 2018, Tautvydas joined DETRA Solar as a Solar Design Engineer. Here, they focused on detailed drawing design for roof-mount and ground-mount solar PV projects, electrical DC & AC circuit design, and solar PV potential assessment.

Later in 2018, Tautvydas moved to PVcase as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for business development and implementation of PVcase, an engineering software for solar park design. Their tasks included organizing software introduction calls, managing existing clients, generating new business opportunities, providing technical support, implementing engagement strategies, creating a sales plan, analyzing and mapping existing and new customers, and funneling customer expectations to the product management team.

Before these roles, Tautvydas worked at UAB Apsaugos Kodas as an Engineer Manager, where they coordinated and directed projects related to electrical installations, home security systems installations, and access control. Tautvydas (Tony) was also responsible for analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.

Throughout their work experience, Tautvydas has gained expertise in technical design engineering, project management, electrical circuit design, and software implementation.

Tautvydas (Tony) Pašvenskas obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Renewable Energy from Kaunas University of Technology, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Tautvydas (Tony) then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Energy Technologies and Economics from the same university, completing it from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tony also obtained several certifications. In September 2017, they received a certification in “Energetikos darbuotojo pažymėjimas: Organizuoti elektros įrenginių iki 1000V eksploatavimą AK kategorija” from Mokymo Centras. In August 2017, they attained a certification in “Energetikos darbuotojo pažymėjimas: Eksploatuoti elektros įrenginius. Vykdyti darbų vadovo funkcijas iki 1000V eksploatavimo darbams VK kategorija” also from Mokymo Centras. Additionally, in August 2017, they acquired a certification in “Energetikos darbuotojo pažymėjimas: Vadovauti elektros įrenginių iki 1000V eksploatavimo darbams AK kategorija” from the same institution. Lastly, in August 2017, Tony earned a certification in “Izoliacijos, įžeminimo ir įnulinimo varžų matuotojo pažymėjimas” from Mokymo Centras.
