Lara Suitela

Lara Suitela is an HR Operations Specialist at PVH. Lara previously worked as an HR Administrator at Transavia from April 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the personnel administration of all ground staff. This included the onboarding process, screening requests, confirmations, process improvements, manager and employee questions, and processing mutations in Workday.

Before that, Lara worked as an HR Assistant at Verisure from June 2019 to March 2020. As part of the Sales Masters team, their role was specifically focused on the Sales side of the organization. Lara supported 2/3 of the organization as a Sales resource, including contract generation, onboarding, and absenteeism. In addition, they kept herself busy with Payroll support and daily training in the wonderful world of Workday.

Lara began their career as a Sales Branch Coordinator at Verisure Nederland in February 2019 before moving to their role as a Receptionist at Van der Valk Hotel Breukelen in February 2016.

Lara Suitela has a degree in Human Resource Management from LOI and a diploma from MBO hotelschool Amersfoort.

Lara Suitela works with Ann Marie Phillips - EVP, Global Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems, Cristiano Lai - HR Manager, and Haakon Scheepens MBA - Interim HR Transition Manager. Lara Suitela reports to Julie Fuller, EVP, Chief People Officer.
