Mukesh Kumar

Mr. Mukesh Kumar is a member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, a law graduate and holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University. Mr. Mukesh has a rich experience of 20 years in the company secretarial and legal arena. Prior to joining PVR, he has been associated as Company Secretary & Head Legal with companies like Uniparts India Ltd, NIIT Ltd., Hero Motors Ltd., PDS Multinational Group and Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. He is well acquainted with public issue, listing, private equity investment, Joint Venture transactions, mergers and demergers. He is also proficient in drafting/vetting of various kinds of legal agreements & contracts.

He is seasoned professional and has been providing multi-disciplinary guidance to Board of Directors/Management concerning requirements under corporate laws applicable to the company.
