Piia Aho

Piia Aho has several years of experience in HR management and business partnering roles. Piia currently holds the position of Head of Business HR at PwC Finland, where they lead and develops the Business HR Function. Prior to this, they worked at Owens Corning as an HR Lead and Business Partner, overseeing European operations and driving people-related strategies. Piia also served as the Head of HR Finland at Paroc Group and held various HR leadership positions at Outotec, Medisize Corporation, and Perlos Oyj. Overall, Piia Aho has a strong background in HR management and has demonstrated expertise in supporting business teams and driving people agenda.

Piia Aho obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing & Management and Organization from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku in 2000.
