Aditya Agarwal

Aditya Agarwal is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in private equity and M&A transactions, particularly within the Consumer and Consumer Internet sectors. Currently serving as Director of Investment Banking at PwC India since October 2019, Aditya leads significant private equity and M&A initiatives. Prior to this role, Aditya held positions including Associate Director at PwC India, focusing on the retail and D2C sectors, and Associate Vice President at KPMG India specializing in consumer transactions. Additional experience includes roles at o3 Capital and Ernst & Young, where Aditya tracked and executed deals in the Retail and Consumer Products space throughout South India. Earlier career experience includes an analyst position at Spark Capital and a summer internship at SAB-Miller India. Aditya holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and is a Chartered Accountant, complemented by a B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier's College.
