Najeeb Aqel

Najeeb Aqel has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 as an Organizer for Palestine Programming Olympiad (PPO). In 2017, they were a Student Ambassador for IEEEmadC, an Ambassador of Palestine at IEEE MESYP congress for IEEE Region 8 (Europe, Middle East & Africa), and a Co-Founder and CTO for VisionX. In 2018, they were a Campus Representative for Clinton Global Initiative. In 2019, they were a Mentor and Hacker for New York University Abu Dhabi, a Speaker for TED Conferences, and a Core Tech Engineer and Computer Vision Engineer for PXL Vision.

Najeeb Aqel obtained a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from An-Najah National University - Nablus in 2019, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the same university in 2019. Najeeb also completed a Nanodegree in Full Stack Web Development from Udacity in 2018, and a Certificate in New Ventures Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's MIT Innovation & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp in 2018. Najeeb attended the CGI University for New Ventures Leadership - Solving Global Challenges, and the Korean Palestinian IT Institute of Excellence Information for Android-Development in 2015. Additionally, in 2018 they completed the International Master Class in Data Processing from the Henley Academy. Najeeb has also obtained several certifications, including a Deep Learning Specialization from deeplearning.ai in 2020, a TensorFlow Developer Professional Certificate Program from deeplearning.ai in 2020, a Machine Learning certification from Stanford University in 2020, a Fundamentals of Deep Learning for Computer Vision certification from the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute in 2019, and an Ethereum Smart Contracts certification from Udemy in 2018. Najeeb also has an IBM Blockchain certification.
