Julianna Kapjian-Pitt is the Director of Customer Success at Pyn. Julianna has over five years of experience in customer experience and product support. Prior to joining Pyn, Julianna was the Director of Customer Experience at Culture Amp from July 2015 to March 2021. At Culture Amp, Julianna was responsible for managing customer feedback, conducting customer research, and developing new product features. Julianna also worked as a product support specialist at Two Bright Lights Inc. from November 2014 to July 2015, where they provided product support to 150 customers per week. In addition to their customer experience and product support roles, Julianna has also worked as a financial manager and research intern.

Julianna Kapjian-Pitt attended Stanford University for their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Julianna also attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory.

They work with and Emma Cahalane - Chief of Staff. Julianna Kapjian-Pitt reports to Jon Williams, Co-Founder.
