Ramona Ceraceanu

Ramona Ceraceanu has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ramona has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Human Resources Director at Pyramid Global Hospitality since 2024. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Director at DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington - Minneapolis South from 2022 to 2024. Before that, they worked as the Complex Director of People and Culture at Spire Hospitality in 2022 and as the Complex Human Resources Director at The Depot Minneapolis from 2021 to 2022. Ramona Ceraceanu earned a Master of Science - MS degree in Human Resource Management/Organizational and Human Resource Development from Strayer University between 2021 and 2023. Ramona also completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resource and Organizational Development at the same institution during the same time period. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Kinetotherapy with a specialization in Health-Medical Rehabilitation from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport between 1998 and 2002.
