Ashley King, SHRM-CP

Ashley King, SHRM-CP has been in the human resources field since 2013. Ashley began their career at CHSGa as an Administrative Assistant, and then moved up to Human Resources Generalist, Compliance and 401K Analyst, and HR Manager. In 2022, they joined PCI GlobalCom (Pyrgos Communications Inc.) as a Human Resources Manager. At CHSGa, Ashley provided leadership and management for 12 HR Generalists, implemented talent acquisitions strategies, coordinated all aspects of the organization's retirement plan, and provided assistance to associates in the utilization of their benefits. Ashley also processed job applications, managed benefits administration, assisted with on boarding new hires and orientation, maintained patient records and charts, and planned and organized meetings.

Ashley King, SHRM-CP has a diverse educational background. Ashley began their studies in 2008 at Middle Georgia State University, where they studied Biology, General. Ashley then transferred to the University of North Georgia, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General in 2013. In 2021, Ashley began pursuing a Masters in Human Resources Management and Services at Troy University. In 2018, Ashley obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
