Jethro Steer

Jethro Steer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Commercial Finance Manager at PZ Cussons since August 2022, Jethro leads global finance initiatives for the St Tropez brand. Prior to this role, Jethro held multiple positions at Nestlé UK, including Head of Finance for Food & Dairy and Sales Finance Controller, contributing significantly to financial strategy and performance. Jethro's background also includes a tenure at Colgate-Palmolive as Retail Marketing Controller and Customer Marketing Controller, where strategic pricing and marketing initiatives were developed for the UK and Ireland. Earlier experience includes roles at Superdrug, AXA Investment Managers, UBS Warburg, and Flemings, showcasing a robust career in finance and commercial analysis since graduating with a degree in Psychology from Swansea University.
