Gang Chen

Gang Chen has been working at Q Bio since 2022 as a Hardware Engineering Manager and a Senior RF Coil Engineer. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Hyperfine as a Senior Scientist. During their time at Hyperfine, they led the development of Radiofrequency (RF) coils for low field portable MRI scanner, managed the entire life cycle of RF coil products, and engaged with KOLs, design firms and clinical sites throughout phases of product development to create products solving clinically unmet needs.

Gang Chen received a Bachelor of Science from Wuhan University in 2007. Gang then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical/Medical Imaging - MRI at New York University, which they completed in 2017.
