Valerie Case

Valerie Case serves as the Client Services Lead at Q-Centrix since May 2022, specializing in leveraging data for enhanced health care quality across health systems. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of Affiliate Nurse Care Manager at Optum / Wellmed from September 2016 to May 2022, and worked as a Quality Improvement Nurse at JSA Healthcare Corporation / Davita Medical Group from December 2013 to October 2016. Valerie earned an Associate's degree in Biology from St. Petersburg College (2007-2010), a Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Pinellas Technical College (2012-2013), and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration from St. Petersburg College (2019-2022).
