Sebastian Scheube

Sebastian Scheube has worked in IT management for over 20 years. Sebastian started their career as a Senior Business Development Manager at IDS Scheer in 2000. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing projects focused on building operational organizations and businesses processes. Sebastian also developed key accounts during this time. In 2010, Sebastian transitioned to QSC AG where they took on the role of Principal Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading transition and transformation projects as well as program and project management. Sebastian also oversaw business development during their time at QSC AG. In 2013, Sebastian left QSC AG to join adesso AG as a Principal Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for IT sourcing consulting, business development, and team building. Sebastian also helped with acquiring new projects. In 2015, Sebastian left adesso AG to join Q_PERIOR as the Topic Chapter Lead Strategisches IT Management Germany. In this role, they are responsible for leading the strategic IT management team in Germany.

They work with Thorsten Schrader - Topic Chapter Lead Insurance International, Insurance Core Platforms, Roger Schmid - Topic Chapter Lead Project Management Excellence Switzerland, and Craig Henningsen - General Manager, North America. Sebastian Scheube reports to Karsten Höppner, CEO.
