Herman Ng, CSP®-SM, A-CSM℠, CSM®, CSPO®, SFE is an experienced Senior Test Manager with a background in UAT, cutover phases, cross-functional programs, and digital product engineering. Herman has worked with various companies such as QA Consultants, Hitachi Consulting, Shoppers Drug Mart, Travelers Canada, WSIB, RBC, and KPMG in Canada. Herman holds Bachelor's degrees from the University of Toronto and the Information Technology Institute.
