Kelly Marino, Ph.D., SPHR has extensive work experience in HR and organizational development. Kelly is currently the Global Director of Business HR at QAD. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon.
Kelly also had notable roles at Jabil, where they led the divestiture and acquisition activities of the Johnson & Johnson Albuquerque site. Kelly was responsible for various aspects of the HR department, including leadership development, organizational analysis and design, and employee relations.
Before Jabil, Kelly worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Regional HR Leader and Senior HR Manager. In these roles, they served as a strategic business partner, developed talent strategies, and executed global initiatives.
Kelly also held HR leadership positions at Santa Claran Hotel and Casino, where they oversaw the administration and functional excellence of the HR department, and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they managed HR and organizational development for the SW region of the US.
In addition to their corporate experience, Kelly has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Argosy University and the University of New Mexico, teaching courses on industrial/organizational psychology and organizational behavior and diversity.

Kelly Marino, Ph.D., SPHR completed their education at Alliant International University-San Diego and San Diego State University-San Diego. Kelly earned a Ph.D. in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University-San Diego in 2004, and also obtained a Masters degree in Consulting Psychology from the same institution in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at San Diego State University-San Diego, where they received a BA in 2000. In addition to their academic achievements, Kelly Marino holds certifications in Facilitative Leadership, Six Sigma Black Belt, and is also a certified SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) through the HR Certification Institute.
