Catriona Larritt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Customer & Digital Officer at Qantas Group since September 2020, Catriona has also held the position of Qantas Freight Executive Manager. Previously, Catriona was a Board Member at LaunchVic, contributing to the growth of Victoria's startup ecosystem and chairing the Grants & Funding Committee. Catriona’s past roles include Commissioner at Super Netball League Ltd, Group Chief Customer Officer at Jetstar Airways, and Divisional General Manager at Spotless Group. Catriona's early career included significant positions at Australia Post and The Boston Consulting Group. Catriona holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Melbourne, complemented by a Board Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
