Ella Hankinson

Ella Hankinson is a professional with experience in talent acquisition and sourcing within the aviation industry, currently serving as a General Graduate at Qantas since November 2022. Previously, Ella held the position of Sourcing Specialist at Qantas from December 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Earlier in 2021, Ella gained experience as a People and Culture Intern at Lion. Ella completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations and Business Law at The University of Sydney Business School from 2020 to 2022.
