Victoria Hunter-Jaap

Victoria Hunter-Jaap has extensive experience in the aviation and customer service industries, currently serving as a Flight Attendant for Qantas since April 2023. Previously, Victoria held various roles at Osprey Flight Solutions from February 2018 to June 2023, including Director of Client Success, where responsibilities included leading the Client Success team and enhancing the client journey process. Additional experience includes positions at British Airways as a Freelance Instructor and Customer Service Manager, as well as roles in training and client relationship management at MedAire, TAG Aviation, and United Airlines.
