Hashim Ghafar has a wealth of experience in customer service and operations management. Hashim began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Executive at VADS Berhad, where they attended to customer queries pertaining to Celcom's products and services. In 2013, they moved to OCBC Bank as an Assistant Manager, MY Contact Centre, where they attended to customer queries via calls and emails pertaining to the banking products and services. In 2015, they joined Integrated Health Plans as an Assistant Manager, Network Management, where they supervised and managed the day-to-day operation of Contact Centre team. In 2020, they moved to Doctor Anywhere as an Assistant Manager, Network Management, where they developed a network of panel providers and actively explored new partnerships and business opportunities with various healthcare providers. Later in 2020, they joined Xetron Solutions Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Agent, Back Office, where they attended to customers' queries through chat, email and marketplace platforms. Currently, they are working as a Merchant Operations Manager and Merchant Operations Executive at Qashier since 2021.

Hashim Ghafar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematic Computation from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu between 2005 and 2007.
