Mark Drusch is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Management, Strategic Alliances, Loyalty & Strategy at Qatar Airways. Mark has over 24 years of experience in both digital customer loyalty insights and senior airline management.

Prior to joining Qatar Airways, Mark was the Vice President at ICF. In this role, they helped identify and implement new market and revenue opportunities, restructure and transform operations to achieve higher profitability, and integrate management teams to maximize results and minimize cross-company inefficiencies.

Before ICF, Mark spent 15 years as senior vice president at Delta Air Lines and Continental Airlines where they led transformations in commercial airline strategy and execution, revenue management, route planning, scheduling, alliances, loyalty, distribution, regional carriers, and catering.

At Qatar Airways, Mark is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company’s revenue management strategy. Mark also oversees the strategic alliances with other airlines and loyalty programs as well as developing new business opportunities.

Mark Drusch received their bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Northwestern University.
