Osama Alkhalaf

Osama Alkhalaf is an experienced professional in food security and livelihood programs, currently serving as the Food Security and Livelihood Program Coordinator at Qatar Charity since February 2024. Prior to this role, Osama held the position of Livelihood and Economic Recovery Project Manager at CARE from November 2022 to February 2024, and worked as an FSL Program Officer at Qatar Charity from August 2019 to November 2022. Osama's earlier experience includes serving as an FSL Program Officer at Ihsan Relief and Development and as an FSL Program Coordinator at Al-Resala Foundation. Additionally, Osama has project management experience with the Environment Directorate from February 2011 to July 2012. Osama earned a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering in 2012 and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Aleppo University, completing the latter in 2010.
