Zeyad Sherif has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Zeyad started their career at Dali Computer Services in 2012 as a Help Desk Technician, where they provided assistance to end users. In 2016, they joined Flora Technology Company as a Technical Support professional, where they were responsible for hardware and software setup, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and providing on-site and remote support to users.
