Hany Attia

Hany Attia has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Hany has worked at QNB Alahli as the Head of Learning & Development since 2016. Before that, they held various positions at QNB Group, including HR Development Manager and Head of Training Monitoring & Evaluation. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing training programs, as well as establishing frameworks for monitoring and evaluation. Prior to QNB Group, Hany worked at the Egyptian Banking Institute as a Training Supervisor, where they managed course preparation and implementation. Hany also worked at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science - Cairo University as a Research Assistant & Training Coordinator, responsible for organizing training programs and review courses. Overall, Hany Attia has a strong background in training and development.
