Bryce Johns has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Service Clerk and Head Photo Specialist at Walgreens in 1998. Bryce then worked their way up to become an Assistant Manager, responsible for opening and closing the store, as well as ensuring the sales floor and stockroom were organized.
In 2007, Bryce became an Executive Assistant Manager at Walgreens, where they provided regular reports and updates to the Store Manager, recruited and trained employees, and maintained effective communication channels for seamless coordination.
In 2009, Bryce was promoted to Store Manager at Walgreens, overseeing the daily operations of the store and pharmacy. Bryce ensured adherence to relevant laws and regulations and facilitated staff proficiency in various computer systems. Bryce also addressed system issues promptly by engaging IT support.
Bryce's most recent work experience is as the Director of People Operations at Quest Corporation of America, Inc. (Quest), starting in 2023.
Bryce Johns obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Florida State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Bryce has also attained several additional certifications, including the Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the American Red Cross Training Services in September 2020. In July 2007, Bryce obtained the Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) certification from the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. Additionally, in June 2007, they became a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
