About Your Role 

As a Senior Director of Credentialing Delivery Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the credentialing delivery operations for QGenda Credentialing.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the delivery of QGenda’s software platform to QGenda’s credentialing customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our processes are efficient, accurate, to ensure our customers meet and achieve regulatory and compliance standards, utilizing QGenda’s credentialing software platform. You will oversee a team of credentialing software implementation specialists, data analysts, technical support representatives and associated leadership.  In addition, you will be the point person to manage client relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance QGenda’s ability to ensure our customers achieve their business objectives and ROI.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the credentialing delivery operations team.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of software credentialing directors, software credentialing implementation consultants and data analysts.
  • Ensure process, procedures, systems, and tools are well documented, deployed and used.
  • Establish performance goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of software  credentialing delivery operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery of the QGenda platform, enhance efficiency, and meet client needs.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of the QGenda software credentialing platform.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance delivery operations.
  • Lead initiatives to implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point of contact for clients regarding credentialing delivery operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in credentialing services delivery within a healthcare provider
  • Past credentialing experience in a credentialing software company is preferred.
  • At least 10 years in a leadership or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes, customer regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.

Not Required, But Nice to Have 

  • Certification in Medical Staff Services (CMSS), Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), or similar credentials preferred.
  • Extensive experience working with credentialing software, leading a software implementation is highly desirable.
