April Neylan

April Neylan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. April started their career as a Residential Locksmithing and Service professional at John Barnes & Co (QLD) Pty Ltd in 2000, where they worked until 2007.

In 2008, April joined Metrocity Realty as a Property Manager and Office Administrator, a role they held until 2011.

April then moved on to CBRE in 2011, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Director in Asset Services. April's tenure at CBRE lasted until 2012.

April joined QIC in 2012 and held various roles during their time there. April started as a Divisional Assistant in GRE Funds Management until 2013. April then transitioned to the role of a Client Operations & Reporting Analyst in Global Clients & Marketing from 2013 to 2015. Subsequently, they worked as a Client Services Associate in GRE - Global Clients & Marketing from 2015 to 2017. April's next role at QIC was a Retail Business Analyst in GRE Investment Management, Retail from 2017 to 2020. Most recently, they work as a Leasing Analyst in GRE Business Performance & Technology at QIC, a position they have held since 2020. Additionally, April also holds the title of Senior Leasing Analyst in the same department, starting in October 2022. The end dates for their roles at QIC are unknown.

April Neylan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), which was obtained in 2024. Prior to this, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from QUT in 2021. In 2008, they obtained a PRDRE Property Management degree from The REIQ (Real Estate Institute of Queensland). April Neylan also has a certification in Opera/Classical singing performance syllabus from Trinity College London. Their earlier education includes attending Lourdes Hill College from 1995 to 1999, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, they obtained a Level 1 Model Building certification from Anaplan in July 2022.
