Kylie Jensen

Kylie Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kylie started their career at the Department of Emergency Services in 2000 as an Accountant, focusing on taxation and asset services. During their time there, they played a key role in implementing and rolling out the GST for Queensland Ambulance across the state. Kylie also worked with the Shared Service tax division, handling BAS and fringe benefits tax returns, as well as overseeing asset and tax-related work for seven regional finance officers in Queensland.

In 2004, Kylie joined QIC, where they held various positions. Kylie started as an Investment Accountant before moving on to become a Management Accountant. In 2007, they were promoted to Senior Financial Accountant and later became the Financial Operations Manager in 2010. Their most recent role at QIC is Head of Finance, Financial Operations, which they assumed in February 2022.

Throughout their career, Kylie has demonstrated their expertise in financial operations and management, accounting, and taxation. Kylie has proven their ability to handle complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Kylie Jensen completed the CPA Australia Program from 1997 to 2000.
