Joy Fernandes

Joy Fernandes has over 22 years of experience in project controls and planning in the Middle East & North Africa region. JOY is currently the Director of Project Controls at Qiddiya Investment Company, overseeing the development of Saudi Arabia's first entertainment, sports, and cultural destination. Prior to this, JOY held senior planning positions at ALEC, Al Rajhi Construction LLC, EVAN LIM PENTA, DUTCO BALFOUR BEATTY, and CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS COMPANY. Joy holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from MIT Manipal and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
