Norbert Stuger

Norbert Stuger, CIPD, SCPC, currently serves as the Global Head of DEI and Cultural Development at QinetiQ since August 2023. Previously, Stuger held the position of Global Head of Talent, Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity at The Economist from September 2021 to July 2023. With a robust background in talent management and diversity initiatives, Stuger has also worked as a Senior Talent, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager EMEA at Lee Hecht Harrison and as a Talent Manager for Lee Hecht Harrison Penna. Other key roles include Global Head of Talent, Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Bank4YOU Group and Senior Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Manager EMEA at Brand4U. Stuger began a career in DEI in the Fin-Tech sector as the Head of Talent at Tax Free 4U. Education includes ongoing studies at the AIHR Academy and a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management from Avado.
