Julius White Jr.

Julius White Jr. has over 15 years of work experience in various HR roles. Julius is currently the Director, HR Business Partner at QinetiQ US, where they support the Defense, Aerospace, and Security forces. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR and Technology at Logiflex from 2021 to 2023. Julius has also worked as a Consultant at NASA, Vice President of Human Resources at Hendall Inc., Head of HR at BizFlow Corp., Senior HR Manager at Strategic Resources, Inc., and HR Director at Terra Strategies. Julius began their career as an HR Support Specialist/Compensation Analyst at Fluor Corporation and later worked in HR and Contract Compliance at KBR, Inc. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in HR management, project management, compliance, and technology.

Julius White Jr. attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2019 to 2021, where they focused on Artificial Intelligence & Big Data Analytics. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Julius completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at George Mason University – Costello College of Business.
