Mee-A Keeton, MPH has a diverse work experience starting from 2012.

In 2012, they worked as a Department of Vet Med Undergraduate Student Researcher at Texas A&M University, where they utilized STATA and GIS to study the frequency and occurrence of borrelia burgdorferi and canine Lyme Disease in Texas. Mee-A also worked as a Department of Mathematics Undergraduate Student Researcher, studying the effects of solvents in SHOAMP Air Force workers.

In 2014, they became a Mathematics Teacher at Leander ISD, teaching all levels of mathematics and assisting in the IB school verification process.

In 2018, they worked as a Summer Data Intern at Go Collaborative, analyzing the impact of the arts on civic policy and quantifying the impact of the My Park, My Pool, My City project.

In 2020, they became an Epidemiologist II at Dallas County, where they contributed to epidemiological efforts.

Currently, starting in 2021, they work as a Data Analyst III at Qlarant.

Mee-A Keeton, MPH has a strong educational background in public health and mathematics. Mee-A obtained their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from Texas A&M University, graduating in 2014.

In addition to their degrees, Mee-A Keeton also holds several certifications. Mee-A obtained a Research HIPAA certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in May 2019.
