Carolina Martins has over 18 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Prior to Accenture, Carolina worked at ICTS Global as a Change Management Consultant, providing improvement solutions for risk, loss prevention, and security issues in the telecommunications and retail sectors. Carolina Martins has a diverse educational background. In 1998, they attended Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Psychology and HR. Carolina completed their undergraduate studies in 2002.

In 2007, Carolina enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained an MBA degree in Strategic and Economic Management in 2008. This program focused on enhancing their knowledge in these areas.
