Mudiaga Umukoro

Mudiaga Umukoro has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and banking sectors. Mudiaga is currently a Co-Founder at Qore, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, they held several leadership roles at Appzone Group, a technology company. From 2013 onwards, Mudiaga served as the MD/CEO of Appzone Core, responsible for delivering core banking and electronic banking services to other financial institutions. Mudiaga was also the Bankone Product CEO, overseeing the highest market share in that space. Additionally, they held the position of Head of Shared Payment Services, where they developed electronic banking and payment applications and performed system integrations. Before joining Appzone Group, Mudiaga worked as the Head of Operations at BankOne Payment Services and as a Software Developer and Head of Solution Implementation at Appzone Ltd. During their time as a software developer, they worked on various e-payment applications, including the Consolidated Internet Payment Gateway.

Mudiaga Umukoro obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, completing the program in the years 2000 to 2006.
