Glen Pankhurst has a long and varied work experience. Glen began their career in 2003 as a Team Leader & Software Developer for Goodyear (South Pacific Tyres). In 2008, they became the Sustainability Director of IT for Village Green Global Inc. In 2013, they joined Qorus Software as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, and later as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they implemented document automation solutions with a sales team of 7, for Microsoft Office and SharePoint Clients. Glen facilitated the successful transition from a service led company to a product led entity, with a more streamlined and sell-able product, driving profitability up by 40%. Glen also led support for a new subscription- based model that was more attractive to investors and aided in increasing revenue by 30% and reducing overhead. Glen was an integral player in the development of a new Customer Success Manager role and team to support the transfer and migration of large enterprise and key customers to the version 2 legacy solution, including Microsoft.

Glen Pankhurst received their Bachelors of IT from Bond University in 2003, with a field of study in Software/Database/Web Development and a minor in Project Management/Software Engineering. In 2014, they obtained a certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP SA).
