Alexandre Sourd

IT Support Officer at Qover

Alexandre Sourd has been working in the IT field since 2013. Alexandre began their career as a Customer Advisor in IT Level 1 at Banque Populaire Bourgogne Franche-Comté (BPBFC). In 2017, they moved to Maisons du Monde as an IT Technician Level 2 and Technical Coordinator, where they were responsible for troubleshooting, updating and creating procedures, and ensuring and monitoring POS updates. In 2020, they joined CIRB_CIBG as an IT Technician, where they solved and followed incidents and demands of users. Alexandre is currently employed at Qover as an IT Support Officer since 2022.

Alexandre Sourd attained a Master in Management du Sport from Université de Caen Normandie between 2010 and 2012. In 2016, they completed an IT Technician degree from Afpa Le Creusot in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. In December 2021, they obtained an ITIL 4 Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert.
