Jakub Ciechanowicz

Jakub Ciechanowicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and project management. Currently serving as Senior Account Manager Team Lead at The Qt Company since January 2017, Jakub leads sales teams across the DACH, MEAT, and EE regions, focusing on Qt development and licensing. Prior roles include Account Manager at The Qt Company, where responsibilities included overseeing software development and productization efforts. Earlier experience includes a student employee role at Siemens, managing internal process improvements and conducting extensive research as part of a master thesis on flow measurement uncertainties in gas turbines. Jakub's career began with an internship at Lufthansa Technik, focusing on customer-oriented product design and engineering, complemented by a scholarship from Deutschlandstiftung Integration and an internship with the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. Jakub holds a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Verkehrswesen, both from Technische Universität Berlin.
