Chris Fellman-Wolf has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Chris began their career in 1992 as a Regional Sales and Service Manager at Toys"R"Us, where they provided operational and sales support. In 2000, they joined Shopko as a Team Relations Leader, responsible for talent management and employee relations.
From 2006 to 2011, Chris served as the Director of Human Resources at Royal Tire, Inc., where they led all HR functions and implemented Talent Management initiatives. Following this, they worked independently as a Business Consultant, providing advisory services to entrepreneurs and small business owners in various areas including HR, sales, marketing, and communication strategies.
Since 2012, Chris has been working at Quad, initially as a Human Resources Manager and then progressing to Regional Human Resources Manager. In 2020, they assumed the role of Director of Human Resources. Most recently, in July 2022, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
Chris Fellman-Wolf obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Organizational Communication from St. Cloud State University, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Chris has obtained certifications as an IDI Qualified Administrator from IDI, LLC in 2021 and as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2016.
