Petros Zafeiriou

Petros Zafeiriou, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Quadram Institute since October 2018, specializing in plant genetics with a focus on wheat starch digestibility, as demonstrated in the doctoral thesis. Zafeiriou co-founded the Inspithread app from March 2022 to December 2022 and completed a professional internship at LIMAGRAIN in September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a team member and kitchen assistant at EAT., a laboratory assistant at Nandi Proteins, and customer service at The Life Goddess.
