Tristan Seecharran

Tristan Seecharran is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in microbiology and molecular testing. As a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at Quadram Institute since October 2022, Tristan supports various research groups within the Microbes and Food Safety ISP. Previously, Tristan worked as a Senior Scientist at ADNA Services, focusing on nucleic acid extraction and Real-Time PCR for COVID-19 testing while also advancing company research initiatives. Tristan has held multiple research roles at Quadram Institute, contributing to studies on gut microbes and biocide resistance. Additionally, Tristan has experience in academic support roles as a Freelance Editor and Laboratory Demonstrator at Nottingham Trent University. An accomplished academic, Tristan holds a PhD in Microbial Genomics and a Master of Research in Biomedical Sciences from St George's, University of London.
