Branden Baldwin is an experienced Executive Chef who has worked at Quail Creek Country Club since June 2018. Prior to this role, Branden was the Chef De Cuisine at The Real Cafe and Executive Sous Chef at Chesapeake Energy. Branden also has experience as a Culinary Arts Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Platt College and as a Lead Cook at Westin/Sheraton. Branden holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of Platt College.
