Kyle C.

Kyle C. has extensive work experience in talent development and organization capability roles. Kyle currently holds the position of VP, Talent and Organization Capability at Quaker Houghton since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at InterDigital, Inc. as a Sr. Director, Talent and Organization Capability from November 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they were the Sr. Global Director, Talent Development at Avantor from April 2019 to November 2020. Kyle also gained experience at Chubb, where they held various roles including AVP - Manager, Claims Talent and Professional Development Group, AVP - Talent and Learning, and Head of Talent and Development - APAC from 2013 to 2019. Kyle'searlier experience includes roles at Comcast as a Sr. Manager and Program Manager Sales and Retention from 2008 to 2013, and at Fulton Financial Corporation where they served as AVP/Regional Training and Development Manager, Sr. Training Officer, and Assistant Trainer from 1997 to 2008. Kyle's career began at Lincoln Textile Products as a Quality Control Manager from 1992 to 1997.

Kyle C. obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Change from Penn State University in the years 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Muhlenberg College from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have certifications including MBTI Step I & II from CPP in 2016 and PHR (Certified Human Resources Professional) from HRCI in 2006. Kyle also has certifications in DiSC Profiling Tool, ESCI, Leadership Styles and Climate, MindGym Coach, and PDI/NinthHouse 360 Assessment, although the obtained months and years are not specified for those certifications.
