Bin Zhao

Bin Zhao is currently the Senior Vice President of Legal & GA at Qualcomm. Bin has held this position since 2012. Prior to that, they were with Sony (China) Co., Ltd. as Vice President of Legal & GA from 2006-2012. From 2003-2006, they were with Intel Corporation as Legal Counsel. From 2001-2003, they were a Senior Associate with DLA Piper. From 1997-2001, they were an Associate with Baker & McKenzie.

Bin Zhao attended Beijing University, where they received their M.A. and B.A. in Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Bin then attended the University of Minnesota, where they received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.

Bin Zhao reports to Ann Chaplin, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Qualcomm Incorporated. Bin Zhao works with Laurie Self - SVP & Counsel, Government Affairs, Jill Abasto - VP, Legal Counsel, and Liren Chen - SVP, Global Head of IP, Legal Counsel.
