Devlin Herring

Devlin Herring is an experienced operations management professional with a background in overseeing call center operations. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Qualfon since December 2021, Devlin previously held the position of Site Director at Conduent from April 2016 to March 2020, where TMS Xerox transitioned into Conduent. Prior to that, Devlin worked at TMS Health, a Xerox Company, from April 2005 to April 2016, advancing from Operations Supervisor to Operations Manager, responsible for managing agent teams and daily operations. Devlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, obtained in 1999, and a High School Diploma from Greater Johnstown High School.
