Detailed Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing
- Develop a content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, infographics) that engages target audiences.
- Measure and analyze content performance for continuous improvement.
- Product Marketing
- Develop marketing strategies for product launches and promotions. This includes managing Qualiti’s presence on review sites such as G2.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features and benefits.
- Create product messaging and positioning that resonates with the target market.
- Coordinate with sales teams to enable them with product knowledge and marketing materials.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights to guide product development and business strategy.
- Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
- LinkedIn Marketing and Community
- Utilize LinkedIn for B2B marketing, brand building, and networking.
- Develop and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting specific industry professionals.
- Create and share content relevant to the professional audience on LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a professional community.
- Build and manage the Qualiti Community of current and potential customers on various platforms such as Reddit and Discord.
- Brand Management and Development
- Develop a strong brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor market trends and position the company brand effectively.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align brand strategies with business objectives.
- Manage brand campaigns and measure their impact on brand perception and company growth.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search engine rankings.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools (like SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising
- Manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google AdWords, Bing Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize for conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve effectiveness.
- Manage the PPC budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Social Media and Digital Ads Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the audience and manage community interactions.
- Conference and Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute industry conferences, webinars, and corporate events.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee logistical details.
- Develop promotional materials and strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Network and build relationships with industry leaders and potential clients.
- Website Management and Optimization
- Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
- Implement strategies for increasing website traffic and user engagement.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams for website functionality and aesthetics.
- Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Email Marketing
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Segment email lists and personalize emails to target different customer groups.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on open rates and click-through rates.
- Ensure emails comply with industry policies and best practices.
