Carlos Kidman

Carlos Kidman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carlos is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Qualiti, where they have successfully built and led the engineering organization. Under their leadership, they have established best practices for product development, collaborated with the ML/AI team, and developed key metrics for quality and productivity. Carlos has reported directly to the CEO and fostered effective communication and collaboration within the engineering team.

Carlos has also worked in leadership positions at Sprint and Telos Residential Treatment Center, where they demonstrated strong organizational and mentoring skills.

Carlos Kidman completed their high school education at Timpanogos High School from 2006 to 2009.
